Hi, I’m Julie.
Founder of Creative Awakening and a guide for women navigating transitions, identity shifts, and that quiet, inner knowing that it’s time for something to change.

I use Human Design, emotional awareness, and the power of self-expression to support you in reconnecting with your natural rhythm—and aligning with what’s real and true for you.

My design is rooted in Gate 5—the energy of rhythm, sacred timing, and the slow unfolding of aligned action. It’s about honoring your unique pace, creating space for what matters, and finding your way back to yourself.

Whether you’re feeling stuck, disconnected, or simply craving a more authentic way forward, my work is here to guide you—not through pushing, but through listening, feeling, and expressing.

What is Human Design?

Human Design is a holistic, energetic self-knowledge system that blends ancient wisdom with modern concepts. It draws from astrology, the Chinese I Ching, Kabbalah, and even quantum physics to create a unique, personalized profile for each person. Your Human Design chart, called a BodyGraph, is crafted from your birth information and serves as your personal roadmap. It reveals your natural tendencies, strengths, and gifts, empowering you to make choices that align with your true self.

At the heart of Human Design are two key concepts: Strategy and Authority.

  • Strategy is how you interact with the world based on your energy type—whether you're a Manifester, Manifesting Generator, Generator, Projector, or Reflector.

  • Authority is your inner guidance system for making decisions, helping you to tune into the wisdom already within you.

By understanding your "mechanics," Human Design helps you:

  • Embrace your authenticity: Move away from societal expectations and align with your unique energetic nature.

  • Make empowered decisions: Follow your Strategy and Authority to make choices that feel deeply aligned and fulfilling.
